Ingredients
- (6) chicken thighs
- (1 tsp) salt
- (1/2 tsp) black pepper
- (1 tbsp) olive oil
- honey garlic sauce
- (1) skillet
Directions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place thighs skin-side down and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes.
- Pour some honey garlic sauce into the skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8–10 minutes, occasionally spooning the sauce over the chicken.
- Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 175–185°F for tender thighs.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
